YOUR FREE PROMOTION
- PUBLISHING YOUR LOGO ON THE WEB FOR FREE
Send us your logo, we will place it on the festival website for free. Logos are placed in rotation on every subpage of the website, including the homepage.
Each exhibitor (or co-exhibitor) has only one logo listed.
Send your logo as a jpg or png image to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
- PRESENTATION OF YOUR NEWS AND PRODUCTS
Send us a short text about your products and news that will be presented at the festival, visitor competitions at the stand, trade fair discounts, etc. in a maximum of 400 words (please include a photo in jpg or png - wide format).
We will use this information not only on the website, but also in the preparation of PR articles as part of the advertising campaign and on the festival Facebook page. Do not forget to include the website and FB profile address.

PRINTED ADVERTISEMENT IN THE FESTIVAL MAP
We will print the Festival Orientation Map (12,000 copies) for visitors. It serves for quick orientation in the festival premises - it contains the time schedule of the festival programme and a map of the exhibition centre with marked lecture halls and a list of exhibitors.
Every visitor receives the festival map free of charge with their ticket, or visitors can pick them up at the info booth.

FREE CATALOGUE ENTRY
Fill in your company's entry in the Evolution Festival web catalogue. Visitors will find here a complete overview of exhibitors in advance. This is the only list of exhibitors.
We will list you under the name you fill in the catalogue on all other navigation systems (printed orientation map and infosystems).
If you do not fill in your listing, you will not be listed in the online catalogue.
The deadline for completing your catalogue entry is 3. 4. 2023.

DISCOUNTED TICKETS FOR YOUR GUESTS
Take advantage of the discounted ticket price and invite your business partners to the festival. We offer you a one-day ticket for your guests for 130 CZK + VAT, the regular price is 230 CZK.
Please do not offer these tickets for resale (e.g. to your customers on Facebook at a discounted price), they are only for your guests.
We will send you the electronic tickets by e-mail.
You can order your tickets till 12. 4. 2023 at the latest using the order form or by e-mail: email@example.com.

You will receive electronic complimentary tickets for your guests by email. These tickets are valid for single entry and are not resalable.
The number is according to the booth size:
- up to 7 sq m 5 pcs
- from 8 sq m 10 pcs
CONSTRUCTION OF YOUR OWN STAND
If you will be setting up your own stand, we ask that you follow a few rules.
- Your stand must have a firmly bounded back and side walls, the minimum height is 2.5 m.
- The material must be opaque and ideally firm.
- It is also possible to have a solid construction with a stretched advertising banner.
- It is not possible to attach the structure to the adjacent stand (each stand is designed differently and you could damage the adjacent construction).
- Each construction must be stable on its own.
- A separate presentation desk / info desk is not considered a stand, it is necessary to order extra back and side walls.
If you do not comply with these rules, we will strictly require you to purchase the wall construction on site. Please note that a 30% surcharge will apply to all services and equipment during the assembly and the event.

STAND ORDERED FROM US
The set up stand including all equipment will be ready for you on Thursday, 20. 4. 2023 at 8:00 am. From that moment on you can bring products to the stand and apply decorations or stickers.
If you find that you need to order additional equipment for your stand on site (e.g. table, chairs, display case, shelf, etc.), please visit our registration center where you can place your order. Payment is possible in cash or by card.
A 30% surcharge will be applied for all orders of stand construction and equipment at the time of assembly.
POWER SUPPLY/ LIGHTING
You can order basic stand lighting without a socket. This option is only available for stands ordered from us. The price includes 1 spotlight per 3 sqm of construction. It is intended for lighting only and does not include a socket.
Separate electrical connection of 2.2 kW and above contains 1 spotlight per 3 sqm of construction as well as an extension cable with triple socket. Spotlights are included in the connection price only with the stands ordered from us.
If you have a refrigerator and need to have it plugged in overnight, it is also necessary to order an off-peak night power supply.

You can order additional equipment (e.g. counters, tables, chairs, shelves, showcases, etc.) for a standard or individually designed stand ordered from us.

Orders of equipment on site at the time of assembly will be charged at an extra 30%.

Parking directly at the exhibition halls in the Exhibition Grounds is no longer possible. We will send you the parking system for assembly and disassembly in a separate e-mail.
Exhibitors can use the public parking at the entrance gate behind the swimming pool, opposite the Expo Hotel from Za elektrárnou Street and in front of the Tipsport Arena from U Výstaviště Street.
Parking fee: the first 45 minutes is free, then 60 CZK/1 hour, 300 CZK/24 hours. You can pay the parking fee at the payment machine in front of the swimming pool.

All standardized and individually designed stands ordered from us, are equipped with carpet.
The price of the stand includes 4 basic colours: green (no. 065), blue (no. 052), red (no. 032) or gray (no. 892). Other colours are for an extra charge of 30 CZK + VAT / sq m.
Send us the colour number by email to: email@example.com or fill in the Order Form. In case there’s no request on the carpet colour, your stand will be equipped with a carpet in one of the basic colours.

LABELING OF NAME BOARD, COUNTERS OR WALLS
For your stand you can order a labeling of name board (fascia), counters or walls. We will be happy to provide you with printing, application and removal of the labels.
If you produce your own graphics, we will send you the exact dimensions of the individual fillings on request. The dimensions of the fillings vary in each hall.

Data must be in print quality without bleed and crop marks, in pdf, ai or eps formats. In case of incorrectly delivered data, we are not responsible for the print quality. Any extra adjustments in the received data will be charged at an hourly rate (min. 500 CZK/hour).

In case you need to hang something (e.g. a framed picture on the back wall) we recommend hanging it using hooks.
CUSTOM GRAPHIC LABELS (INCLUDING APPLICATION AND REMOVAL)
Do you want to make your own custom-made labels which you will then apply yourself?
When the festival is over you are obliged to remove the labels completely, including adhesive tapes and other fastening materials. You will be invoiced for any cleaning or replacement costs of damaged material.
As for the production of graphic materials, we will send you the exact dimensions of the individual panels.
It is strictly forbidden to use double-sided adhesive tape! Use alternatives - NON-PERM adhesive label, paper adhesive tape (to which you can then attach double-sided adhesive tape), adhesive rubber, etc.
